Building this new 11,700 SF Maintenance & Repair facility for Ernie’s Inc was a perfect use for this site as it has better then average access with highway visibility. This project was unique as it sits right on city limit lines, so both city of Tumwater & city of Olympia were involved in permitting process but the building itself sits on City of Olympia zoning. COVID-19 did delay schedule due to shut down, but with getting the project deemed essential we were able to get the tenant moved in during the month of October.
