Timelines are hard to pinpoint until a few particulars are established. Do you own the land, current land lease in place or just starting to look? Do you have a building in design or civil? Have you begun the conversation with a lender or plan to finance from within the organization? What are your needs for any specialized equipment, ventilation, loading areas, etc?
The most common type of layout is a combination of office and warehouse space. Some business models have few office staff so the office square footage is smaller than a business with large inside sales teams or customer service staff. Those decisions should be made based on current business model and future plans.

What type of spaces are available for warehouse construction?

Our real estate team manages hundreds of acres of land all over Tumwater and the surrounding areas. Many are shared lots with existing structures prime for additional development in similar industries, and others have been chosen for their acreage and proximity to highways and ports.
This project is approximately 50,000 SF designed for the Olympia Orthopedic Associates group to use for the Spine Center and Administrative Offices. Currently we are finalizing the interior finishes while wrapping up the off-site work with a tentative completion date of July 2021. The structure consist of steel and concrete with a brick and metal panel skin tying it into their existing facility next door.
